Search 

The most recent inbound or outbound text for each contact is displayed in your Record area - in the order they were sent / received. By clicking on the minimized contact bubble, you can expand the conversation history to see all messages associated with that contact. There is a purple Up circle that will take you to the Search window to read further back in the conversation history. Purple Up and Down triangles can be used to navigate back through all messages between your team and that contact. Other topics covered:
