Message Management Made Simple

More than just a simple send-receive chatbox, iViP's Instant Messenger has intelligent and customizable routing built in. This allows up to 30 users on a team to share all contacts in their Phonebook. To take advantage of this feature, we want to introduce the new role of a TextMaster. The TextMaster receives all unassigned inbound texts and can forward them to the appropriate personnel. Each user can set their Automator preferences to take advantage of these team sharing options or they can be turned off altogether.
