QuickTexts and Promotions 

This video describes how to use personal QuickTexts & company-wide Promotions to speed up your response times.  Compose your texts once, then save them as a QuickText, drag to appear in the desired order, then add them to your outbound messages with the click of a button.  Also covered here:

 

-All QuickTexts, Promotions & HotKeys are limited to 160 characters (which is the length of a single text)

-Use the Return Key to add extra line spaces to your texts 

-Use your mouse to Drag 'n Drop the QuickTexts until they appear in the desired order

-Promotions can be company-wide events, such as 2 for 1 deals, discounts for VIP customers, special invitations just for club members, or new inventory available alerts.
