Admin Tasks - How to Invite New Users 

THIS VIDEO ONLY APPLIES TO ADMINISTRATORS. You have administrator privileges if there are 4 additional tabs in your Preferences > Profile section. The tabs are: Billing Info, Plan & Usage, Payments and User Profiles. Team Administrators are responsible for inviting new users onto their team by filling in the applicable (work) e-Mail addresses, temporary passwords, then click the envelop to send the invitation to the new user via e-Mail. If a user forgets their log-in settings, administrators can re-issue a new temporary password. Also covered are:

 

-The Master On-Off / Emergency Shut-Down switch

-The Individual User account On-Off switch

-Granting TextMaster status to select users

-Ranking the TextMasters in the order they should be assigned, depending on who is logged-in
