Why are Group or Schedule Sends Not Shown in My Record?
Groups (6 or more contacts) and Scheduled Sends are not considered live on-going, personal conversations that should be immediately displayed in their owner's Record area. These 'less personal' messages are, however, stored as a permanent part of each contact's conversation history. If you click on the contact's bubble in your Record area, you will see all messages, including any Group or Scheduled Sends, that have been exchanged with that contact. Pending messages that are Scheduled to be sent out sometime in the future will not appear in the contact’s Record until after they have actually been sent.
All messages are stored and will be displayed in their correct chronological order when looking up a contact's message history. Lower priority Group and Scheduled Sends will be hidden behind the most recent, live, person-to-person text that was exchanged with that contact. This allows promotional or informational texts to be sent in the background and not interfere with the current live conversations being displayed in each user's Record.
