After reading all about TextMasters in the previous article, there is an additional feature that only applies to the top-ranked User (whoever has the '1' by their name in the User Profiles window.)

When any User turns Forwarding On in their Preferences > Automator window, the Messenger will forward to that User any unanswered texts it receives from contacts who belong to that User. If you turn your Forwarding On and one of your customers (any contact who is assigned to you) sends in a text that stays unread for 11 minutes, then a copy of their text will be forwarded to the mobile number you provide.

Now if the Top-Ranked User turns their Forwarding On, not only will texts from contacts assigned to them be forwarded, but also any text from a contact NOT assigned to another user will be forwarded. If an Unassigned Contact is trying to reach someone at your company after hours, their unanswered texts can be automatically forwarded to the Top-Ranked User, if that user’s forwarding is turned on. This feature is useful if you are the business owner and want to monitor when a new, Unassigned Contact has sent in a text - such as a sales inquiry in response to an advertisement that you posted somewhere. Supervisors, sales managers, or team leaders can put themselves in the top row on the User Profiles window, turn their forwarding on, and then if a text from a new, Unassigned Contact comes in and remains unanswered, the Messenger will forward a copy to your mobile phone, day or night, much like an after-hours paging service. This feature also lets you monitor if your TextMasters are reading and responding to their inbound messages during normal business hours. If the acting TextMaster fails to read a new, inbound text within the 11 minute delay period, it will be forwarded to you.
